3. craft wire

4. Scissors

5. Floral Tape

6. Thread

Using Bottle Cap, Shape the Metal Wire

WRap It With the Plastic Covers. Tie It by Using Thread

Cut the Extra Portions of the Plastic Covers

Cover the Bottom Portion of the Metal Wire With Floral Tape
