Bombay Style Sandwich Recipe.
Sandwiches are one of my favorite breakfast I like to have with coffee.
Today I am going to share my Favorite easy to make Bombay sandwich recipe. Bombay recipe is not only popular in Mumbai but also in other parts of India. This is one of the most popular snack available on the streets of Bombay. It is really easy to prepare.
1 boiled and sliced potato
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
1 sliced cucumber
Sliced bread
Chat Masala
Butter
Ingredients to Prepare Green Chutney:
1 Cup green coriander
Half cup mint
1 tsp cumin powder
4 green chilles
2 garlic
1/2 inch ginger
2 tsp Lemon
JuiceBlend all the ingredients to make green chutney. It must be thick.
Recipe:
Boil the potato until cooked.
Don’t make it too soft.Slice onion, tomato, cucumber along with potato.
Butter each side of the bread, and then put green chutney as needed.
Now, place the veggies - tomato, onion, cucumber and then potato.
Then sprinkle some chat masala on it and cover it with another bread.
Now, grill it in a pan or electric griller and grill it until golden brown.
Cut the sandwich and serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
