Clean and Repair the Front Shield of a Paranello Vacuum Cleaner Robot

The solution: Replace the return spring of the front shield
FR - Sur cette page vous trouverez la procédure à suivre pour réparer le bouclier frontal défectueux sur un robot aspirateur de type Paranello.
Le problème : Dans mon cas le bouclier frontal de détection de choc ne fonctionnait plus du côté droit. J’ai donc été obligé de le démonter intégralement. Tant qu’à faire je l’ai aussi nettoyé de fond en comble…
La solution : Remplacer le ressort de rappel du bouclier frontal
Supplies
- A small flat screwdriver
- A Phillips screwdriver
- A cable tie
Remove the Battery and the Rotating Brush
EN - Remove the battery and the rotating brush.
FR - Retirer la batterie et la brosse rotative.
Remove the 2 Engine Blocks From the Wheels
EN - Remove the 2 engine blocks from the wheels.
FR - Retirer les 2 blocs moteur des roues.
Disengage the Wheel Pivot
EN - With a flat screwdriver, disengage the wheel pivot which is clipped.
FR - Avec un tournevis plat, déboîter le pivot de roue qui est clipsé.
Remove the Brush Drive Block
EN - Remove the brush drive block.
FR - Retirer le bloc d’entraînement des brosses.
Remove the Engine Anti-rotation and Disconnect the Engine
EN - Remove the engine anti-rotation and disconnect the engine.
FR - Démonter l’anti-rotation moteur et débrancher le moteur.
Remove the 4 Screws and the 2 Black Covers.
EN - Remove the 4 screws and the 2 black covers.
FR - Retirer les 4 vis et les 2 caches noir.
Remove the 5 Screws
EN - Remove the 5 screws then separate the gray part of the robot from its black housing.
FR - Retirer les 5 vis puis séparer la partie grise du robot de son carter noir.
Disconnect the Connector
EN - Disconnect the connector.
FR - Débrancher le connecteur.
Remove the Screws From the Front Shield and the 2 Jacks
EN - Remove the screws from the front shield and the 2 jacks in order to gain access to the transparent front window for cleaning.
FR - Retirer les vis du bouclier avant et les 2 vérins afin de pouvoir accéder à la fenêtre transparente frontale pour pouvoir la nettoyer.

To reassemble the vacuum robot repeat the operations in the reverse order.

Pour remonter l’ensemble répéter les opérations dans l’ordre inverse.
