Colorado Flag Tristan and Oliver

Today we will be making a Colorado flag made from Baltic birch.


Supplies

-3mm Baltic birch

-paint

-wood glue

-laser cutter

-magnets

-hot glue

Create Drawing File

Make a drawing file using Solidworks, or a different software of your choice.

Upload the File to a Lazer

Use Corel Draw to upload the drawing file and cut the file on 3mm Baltic birch, making a backboard, aswell as the C, Sun, and Blue strips.

Paint the Pieces

Paint the middle sun yellow, the C red, the top and bottom strips blue, and optionally the backboard white.

Glue Pieces Together

Align the pieces on the backboard, and glue them in pace with wood glue.

Attach Magnets

Center 2 magnets on he back and glue them in place.
