DIY Spring Chair
I designed a Spring Attachable Comfort Chair inspired by a traditional Indian mudaa (round stool). This chair has a special spring mechanism attached at the middel, which gives a slight bouncing (jumping) effect when a person sits on it.
Supplies
Some 3D Objects just like Matel Spring, Two Cone, Two Handel and One a Wooden Chair.
3D Design Software Tinkercad.
Step 1: Add the Metal Spring
- Use cylinder rings or scribble tool to design a metal spring shape
- Adjust height properly
- Use Align tool to center it
Step 2: Add Two Cones
- Drag two cone shapes
- Place one at bottom side for support
- Place another at upper side for support
- Adjust rotation and size properly
Step 3: Add a Wooden Chair
- Cut A Wooden Chair Upper Part and
- Fixed the hight and diameter of part.
Step 4: Final Alignment and Grouping
- Select all objects
- Use Align tool for proper position
- Click Group to combine all parts
- Change colors (brown for wood, grey for metal)
- Save the design
