assemble circuit as shown in image

explanation:

pushbutton will be your activate motor button, the on/off switch will determine if motor will screw on or off.

relay is to switch the electricity direction so the motor rotation changes.

print this 3d illustration at these measurements:

8cm length  2.5cm diameter

don't worry about motor's exposed face, it won't fall if you use the right filament strength and fill percentage.

put the rest of the circuit into cylinder after soldering glue the cylinder halves together.

I'd have a slot for making the battery changing easier for when it finishes.

I'd make it look fancier.
