Iron Man Multilayer Laser-Cut Art –– turns Tony Stark's iconic suit into a stunning 3D illusion with stacked layers, depth, and optional glow.

This project uses thin plywood to create parallax effects: solid base layers build up to detailed top ones.

Materials (Simplified)

1. 3mm birch plywood(45*45cm)
2. Wood glue / spacers
3. Blue, red, yellow(or gold) and black spray
4. Hanging hardware

Tools

1. NEJE Laser cutter
2. Lightburn

Download Iron Man multilayer SVG file

Import SVG, adjust for material and cut each layer separately.

Recommended settings (adjust for your machine): Cutting: 400mm/min, 100 % power

Spray paint in the following order: blue, yellow, red, and black.

Glue from back to front and align carefully. Sand edges, add hanger or loop. Scale for wall art or desk piece.
