With all highlighted, use CRL P to print. select you lazer cutting software. We used VLS 3.60 and cut with 3mm Baltic birch, so we set speed to 14% and power 100%. May change depending on your printer/material. Make sure your printer is on and leaded, then clip the green start button

Paint

Once all parts have been cut, paint how you choose. We used wood stain for all pieces except for the back board, and painted that with normal paint. We recommend painting the entire shape along with the sides for each piece. We also recommend painting the entire backboard white so no basic wood color is showing. Make sure to wait the time recommended by the paint brand you choose for optimal end result.

Wood Glue and Compress

Once the stain and paint fully dry(24 hours), arrange parts how you desire. Apply glue to the back of pieces, but keep it minimal.

Finish

Once paint has finished drying, use wood glue to securely stick together all parts. If any glue is visible try to scrape it off before it dries. Clamp the pieces together to insure that the final pieces are stuck together smoothly and no gaps ae visible.

Attach Magnets.
