Supplies
- 3mm Baltic Birch
- Laser Cutter
- Sand Paper
- Wood stain (red, yellow, blue, white)
- Wood glue
- Clamp/weight
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Magnets 2x

Download the DXF files to be sent to Corel Draw
Import Files to Corel Draw
Make sure to color the lines red and size to hairline so the laser cutter knows to cut the board along those lines
Print Corel Draw File to the Laser Cutter Program
Adjust laser settings for 3mm Baltic Birch.
Cut the Files
Stain the Wood
Follow the instructions for the stain on the can.
Outer stripes: Blue
Middle Stripe/Back Board: White
C: Red
Middle of C: Yellow
Glue
Once the stain has dried, use wood glue according to the directions on the bottle. Make sure to clamp down the board assembly when you glue or place a heavy weight on it.
Glue Magnets
Hot glue magnets onto the back of the assembly
