Maamoul Three Ways: Classic Pistachio & Dubai-Style Crunch &3 Countries Combined in One
This cookie was not created by chance — it was designed, researched, and perfected over two years to redefine what a premium cookie can be.
🍪 Mamoul Pistachio Verde
A Premium Cookie Inspired by the Middle East
Mamoul Pistachio Verde is not just a cookie — it is the result of two years of continuous experimentation, refinement, and cultural exploration. This recipe was developed entirely from scratch with one clear goal: to create a cookie that honors tradition while elevating it to a modern, premium level.
🌍 Cultural Fusion: Dubai, Saudi Arabia & Lebanon
This cookie draws inspiration from three rich culinary worlds:
• Lebanon — the traditional Mamoul form, craftsmanship, and pastry heritage
• Saudi Arabia — premium-quality pistachios with deep, authentic flavor
• Dubai — modern luxury dessert aesthetics and the iconic “Dubai chocolate–style” interior
These influences come together in a single, cohesive creation that feels both timeless and innovative.
🎨 Design & Visual Identity
Visually, Mamoul Pistachio Verde stands apart:
• a naturally green pistachio-colored dough, elegant and refined
• a classic Mamoul exterior, detailed and handcrafted
• a luxurious pistachio filling inside, inspired by modern Middle Eastern confections
The overall look is inspired by desert lights, warm nights, and Middle Eastern elegance, turning each cookie into a small edible artwork.
🥜 The Heart: Premium Pistachio Filling
At the center lies a rich, creamy pistachio filling, made using carefully selected pistachios from Saudi Arabia. The filling delivers:
• deep nutty intensity
• smooth, balanced sweetness
• a luxurious mouthfeel without heaviness
Every bite is designed to unfold in layers — from delicate dough to bold pistachio depth.
🔧 Technique & Craftsmanship
Creating this cookie requires precision and patience:
• exact dough hydration for structural integrity
• controlled shaping to preserve Mamoul details
• carefully balanced baking to maintain softness and color
This is where traditional pastry techniques meet modern product development.
