Mini Cat Silhouette Lamp| Laser Cut，Glow Box

Hi there! I'm thrilled to share this project, perfect last-minute gift for any cat lover! 🐾Just need one sheets of wood. One LED strip.Beginner-friendly and hands-down the most magical last-minute gift for any cat lover. ✨

Materials:

1. 3mm thickness plywood (30*30cm)
2. Wood glue
3. Printed paper design (cut to fit the TV screen area)
4. LED strip or small LED light (battery-powered, for illumination)

Equipment:

1. 20W NEJE Laser Cutter
2. Software: Lightburn
3. Masking tape (for fixing LED lights)

Typical settings (adjust for your machine):

Cutting:

1. Power: 80–90 %
2. Speed: 400-450 mm/min
3. One pass

Engraving:

1. Power: 70–80 %
2. Speed: 15000-17000 mm/min

Glue the spacer rings to the form plate. This creates the “gap” that makes the depth magic happen. Then attach the LED Strip stick the LED strip in on the back plate (using masking tape).

Tips: Warm white looks the coziest with wood.
