Start a new design in Fusion 360 and start designing the spray bottle holder.

First, make a cylinder and cut inside to make it hollow

Then, construct an offset plane to add the handle of the holder.

Create the handle and you should have a spray bottle holder.

3D print the design and it should to good to go.
