1. 3mm thickness plywood (40*60cm)
2. Wood glue

Equipment:

1. 20W NEJE Laser Cutter
2. Software: Lightburn

Place your plywood flat on the laser bed. Import your SVG file into your laser software.

Cutting:

1. Power: 80–90 %
2. Speed: 400-450 mm/min
3. One pass

Sand the entire box smooth. Then align the clips and insert the clips, then secure with wood glue.

Your box is done! You can apply stain, paint, or clear varnish for protection and beauty. And you can cut more boxes and use them as stackable storage box.
