Supplies

Materials:

  1. 3mm thickness plywood (40*60cm)
  2. Wood glue

Equipment:

  1. 20W NEJE Laser Cutter
  2. Software: Lightburn

Place your plywood flat on the laser bed. Import your SVG file into your laser software.

Cutting:

  1. Power: 80–90 %
  2. Speed: 400-450 mm/min
  3. One pass

Sand the entire box smooth. Then align the clips and insert the clips, then secure with wood glue.
